Dave Basarab presented a day-long workshop on Predictive Evaluation for the Central Ohio chapter of ASTD, and it was an excellent learning opportunity! Dave is an extremely engaging presenter and did a wonderful job tying research to practice. He challenged the participants to think beyond mere satisfaction and gave us accessible tools and language to convey the return on investment of learning and development. Dave was very generous with his time to answer questions and dig deeper with everyone, including the chapter board.
